If you live in Texas, then you're in luck, it is one of the most fun states in the country.  If you think about it, Texas is fun.  We don't have anything like Disney World or Disneyland in our state, but we have national parks, amusement parks, rivers to float, lots of tourist attractions, and more

According to a study done by Wallet Hub, Texas ranks in the Top 10 states for the most fun.

The State of Texas has more restaurants per capita: restaurants are literally on every corner.  If you drive through medium to large cities in Texas, you'll notice tons of restaurants, so many that a person could eat at a different restaurant each day for a month and never repeat.

The State of Texas has more movie theaters per capita.  People love to go to movies, it's a way to escape from reality for a few hours while enjoying some popcorn.  When covid hit, one of the greatest past times was taken away, and people found other ways to enjoy movies.  It did begin a decline in people going to the movies once the pandemic ended.  However, movies are just better in the theater.

The State of Texas has more fitness centers per capita.  Let's face it, there is a portion of the Texas population that love to live in gyms and stay fit.

You'll also find very active nightlife in most of the larger cities in Texas.  People enjoy going to clubs and bars to dance, have a little fun, and enjoy some live music.
