Sip Mimosas While Doing Yoga With Goats in Amarillo
When it comes to new and trendy things in other areas, those trends take a while to reach Amarillo.
One of those fun trends is goat yoga.
What Is Goat Yoga?
Goat yoga is where you do yoga like normal, but with goats running around. At any given time, a goat could jump on your back during a pose, or come lick you in your face while doing sun salutation.
Goat yoga is a fun form of therapy to help relieve stress in addition to the yoga poses.
Although some places have offered goat yoga in the past, you need to prepare yourself because this event is going to be well worth it.
Bar Z Winery is hosting a goat yoga event, so not only are you getting the goat yoga, you are getting wine right along with it.
Goat Yoga and Mimosas at Bar Z Winery
The event will take place on Saturday, September 6, from 10 - 11 am. You get a moment of zen with yoga and some good giggles as goats climb on you. Then you can wrap up the hour with a mimosa. The perfect pair for a Saturday morning.
All you need is your yoga mat and a water bottle.
It's a phenomenon that exists primarily in small rural towns across this great country.

You know you deserve to relax and unwind with goats!
