LawnLove.com conducted a survey to find the best cities for thrifting in the country.  To determine the best city for thrifting, they looked at five categories, access to thrift stores, consignment shops, flea markets, and specialty reuse stores, like Goodwill boutiques and Habitat for Humanity ReStores.
