We shared the secret that a new restaurant would be opening soon in Amarillo back in November, and it looks like their doors are about to open wide to the public.

Chicken Salad Chick is just what it sounds like, delicious Chicken Salad made in different ways for different tastes.

Chicken Salad Chick was founded by Stacy Brown, a stay-at-home mom, who was trying to perfect the perfect chicken salad.  Once she thought she found it she realized everyone has a different preference.  She let friends, family, and neighbors sample her creations, then she would drop them off at businesses and schools and started selling door to door. She then started getting orders for her chicken salad.  And, Chicken Salad Chick was born.

Amarillo will now have their very own Chicken Salad Chick!

They have 4 different categories of chicken salad, including sweet, savory, traditional and spicy, for a total of 12 different choices of chicken salad.  Not only do they have a wide variety of chicken salad, they also have pimento cheese, salad, soups and different sides. They also have signature sandwiches with a choice of breads including, white, wheatberry, or croissant.  Don't worry if you have kids they have dishes for the littles.  Plus, each dish ordered gets a cookie.

Where is Chicken Salad Chick located?

Chicken Salad Chick will be joining the Wolflin Square Family and their new restaurant will be located at 2620 Wolflin. This was the former Sleep Shop store.
