Chicken Salad Chick was founded by Stacy Brown, a stay-at-home mom, who was trying to perfect the perfect chicken salad.  Once she thought she found it she realized everyone has a different preference.  She let friends, family, and neighbors sample her creations, then she would drop them off at businesses and schools and started selling door to door. She then started getting orders for her chicken salad.  And, Chicken Salad Chick was born.

Over 200 Chicken Salad Chick Restaurants are located in the US and in 17 different states and Amarillo will soon have its very own Chicken Salad Chick.

The cool thing about the Chicken Salad Chick menu is that each dish is named after a real person, some menu items include Classic Carol, Fancy Nancy, and Jalapeno Holly.

Chicken Salad Chick also offers catering. If you need a meal for your employees or an event, they will be able to take care of you.

Where is Chicken Salad Chick going?

It looks like Chicken Salad Chick will be joining the Wolflin Square Family and their new restaurant will be located at 2620 Wolflin. This was the former Sleep Shop store.
