Now that Halloween is over, let's face it, the holidays are here and ramping up.  With the holidays brings people coming together to help out those that are less fortunate.  The Eveline Rivers Christmas Project is looking for volunteers this holiday season.

The Eveline Rivers Christmas Project serves over 4000 kids each year. The children served are those that are homeless or below the poverty level.    During the holiday season they need volunteers to help box and wrap over 7,000 gifts that will go to these children, so that they can have a wonderful Christmas.  They also need volunteers to help deliver those gifts.   Not only do these kids receive Christmas gifts they also receive coats, hats, and gloves to keep them warm

The Eveline Rivers Christmas Project has several volunteer evenings that you and your family can take part.  Every Tuesday and Thursday, November 6th - December 4th (excpet Thanksgiving week) from 6:30pm-8:00pm you can drop by the Eveline Rivers Christmas Workshop at 314 S. Jefferson.
