Ever since the Sonic and Corn Dog 7 closed in Westgate Mall's food court they have been hurting for more food options. They have been trying. There have been places that have opened.

Sonic started advertising their peanut butter craze hitting their stores. I love peanut butter. I never thought I would love adding it to a burger but I gave it a try a couple of times before this at different gourmet burger places.

The thing about fast food is the fact that well it's very convenient. Oh, and Sonic has made it even more convenient. I mean how simple is it to open up the Sonic app and order?

We are really going to feel it this summer. Have already hit the one hundred degree mark several times and it's still June. So we are going to want ways to cool off. We need to stay hydrated.

Lemonade Day has been a part of the Amarillo community for a few years now. It's a great day that kids learn all about starting and running a business. What better way to learn than by opening up their own lemonade stand?

It seems like everywhere we go we run across the dilemma. Do we need to tip the employees? When is it appropriate? When are we ok just skipping that process.

I have been watching the people on social media just going on and on about Westgate Mall. They were talking about some closures in the food court. They have been talking about new ownership. They are talking about the death to Westgate Mall

Ok I really didn't have high hopes for this one. Let me explain. I love grilled cheese. Who doesn't? Well ok lactose intolerant people don't. I love burgers too. I just wasn't sure why this burger would be much different than just a cheeseburger.

I know restaurant and fast food places have limited time items for us to try all the time. This one my daughter sent me a text about sometime last week. Way before the special even hit the store.

To say that a lot of places in the Amarillo area are short staffed is an understatement. We see restaurants and fast food places almost begging for people to come apply. Since the pandemic hit a lot of people just don't want to work.
