October’s Most Wanted: Texas’ Elusive Fugitive of the Month
Texas has a list of the most wanted fugitives in the state. The crimes vary, but most are violent.
However, each month the Texas Department of Public Safety focuses on one of those most wanted fugitives. For the month of October, Texas DPS needs your help in locating this particular fugitive.
Timothy Wayne Kirksey
Kirksey is a black male, 34-years-old. He is 5' 8" and weighs 190 pounds. Kirksey has tattoos on his face, arms, and hands. He has a scar on his face, left arm, and right hand. Gang affiliations are the Tree Top Piru Bloods.
He is currently in the Top 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders in Texas
Kirksey is a convicted sex offender who is considered high-risk. He has failed to register as a sex offender. Kirksey was convicted of robbery and Assault of a Public servant in 2007, he was sentenced to 3 years for each offense. In 2012 he was convicted of sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 5 years. He received another conviction in 2021 for assault causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He received 2 years and 45 days.
Harris County issued a warrant for Kirksey's arrest on May 10, 2023, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. This fugitive is considered armed and dangerous. Kirksey is believed to have ties to Houston and Harris County.
