A Utah Boy Is Dead After He Shoots Himself In The Face With Toy Cannon!

A boy in Utah was obsessed with his toy cannon when he accidentally pulled the trigger, shooting himself in the face.

The town of Tremonton, Utah is mourning after a 14 year-old boy who was obsessed with toy cannons, had one of his go off, shooting the boy in the face and killing him.

The boy was playing with his toy cannon around 7:30 am last Monday morning. The toy went off striking the boy in the face, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The boys older brother was in the same room with him when the accident happened along with his father who was in the house also. Police are still investigating how the bullet got into the toy gun, the toy gun has no firing mechanism.
