Although the restaurant hasn't been given an official name, they are currently calling it "Big Texas Burritos."  The idea of this new place is to grab a bite to eat in Canyon and it is a build-your-own burrito place.  Not only will it serve burritos, but it will also have tacos, burgers, and salads.

According to CEDC, the goal of this area including the new restaurant is to

Make the 15th Street corridor a vibrant and inviting destination for all

This restaurant will receive $50,000 in incentives over the next 3 years from the CEDC to help make the restaurant successful making it a part of Canyon's economic landscape.

This restaurant will join all the great additions recently to Canyon, including Wing Stop, Whataburger, TeaNergy, Robinson's BBQ, and Pondeseta Brewing.  Plus, it will be joining Tireworks Tire Pros next door, and Dollar Tree across the highway.
