Get Your Pooch Ready For Amarillo Parks And Recreation’s Muttfest

Every year dogs and their owners gather for a day filled of fun at Muttfest.  This year's event will be a little different as it is going to be held in conjunction with Skyhoundz 2013.

Muttfest is a day filled with fun for all our fury, scaly, or even hairless friends.  Mark your calendars for May 19th because that is a day you don't want to miss. The ASPCA works hard to make this event extra special.  There will be booths, doggy contest and more.

This year is even more special because Skyhoundz 2013 will also be happening.  This will give you an opportunity to test your pooch's ability to work as a team.  Dogs and their owners will compete in disc throwing, accuracy, and distance.

The top three pairs will receive a prize.  Registration begins at 1:30 pm and is free to all.  For more information you can call 378-9034.
