It's a Punjabi Affair made Yelp's Top 100 Places to Eat in Texas.

Where on the Top 100 list did they fall? They came in at #32.

Most of the places on this list are in North Texas, Central Texas, and South Texas. Amarillo was the only city in West Texas that made the list.

How did Yelp determine who made the list?

According to the press release,

Yelp identified businesses in the restaurants and food category, then ranked those spots using a number of factors including the total volume and ratings of reviews between January 1, 2017 and January 31, 2022. When available, all businesses on this list have a passing health score as of February 1, 2022.

I personally haven't had a chance to try their cuisine, I hear it is fantastic. My friend has been trying to get me to go have lunch and try their Butter Chicken. Oh and I hear the Samosas are a must-try as well. I know when they closed for a bit, people were devastated. They are open and serving up some delicious food.

I love when our local businesses make lists. When people all over Texas see It's A Punjabi Affair on this list, then they just might travel to Amarillo to try it.

When people travel to Amarillo it brings in extra money which is great for our economy!
