So not that long ago I received a questionnaire from Potter County. I knew once I filled it in and submitted it I was on the clock. I knew it was only a matter of time until I would get that jury summons.

I always joke that Potter County calls me at least twice a year for Jury Duty. I really don't mind going. I promise Potter County. Please don't put me on some secret list. Heck many times when I show up I make it on the jury. Most the time I am actually chosen as foreman. I guess it is my quiet demeanor.

We try to look for any way to save money when it comes to home ownership. Oh and if you have ever bought a home you know how expensive it can be. You start with all the inspections that it will need and don't forget the closing costs.

Today is National Voter Registration Day, and would be the perfect time to get registered before the big elections coming up in November.

Even with some heavy storms over the last couple months, conditions have remained dry across the area.
