On February 8th, 26-year-old Marcus Fowler was killed in the 4100 block of Washington. A truck hit a car parked in front of a home, the car moved and hit Fowler, then rolled over him, killing him.
Hopefully, someone will come forward with information about the hit-and-run that killed Maynard.
