This is the last McDaily of the year. Unless I get bored and decide to do another one. But since this is the 'last' one let's talk about a car with 24-Carot gold trim and gold rims. Gold rims--really? If that car hits the street, those rims will be gone in just a few hours.

On Thursday I had the opportunity to talk to lead singer of the Eli Young Band, Mike Eli.  He was at home spending time with his wife and their dogs while enjoying some time away from the road. Eli told me that he and the rest of the Eli Young Band while they have been busy, "We're feeling pretty good."

Saturday morning I woke up and decided to browse YouTube to see if there were any videos I just had to see. And when I saw "Jedi Ninjas" I said to myself, "Yes please." I've been a Star Wars fan ever since I was a kid and have always enjoy martial arts and to be honest--ninjas are cool.

Christmas has the tendency to bring out the creative side of people.  For years now, people are finding more and more unique, exuberant and bright Christmas light decorations to put on their homes. Some people stick with the traditional lights and outline their house. Others add more lights and add Christmas music. Then there are those who have enough lights that even the sun needs sunglasses and 

So last Saturday Brantley Gilbert was in town and put on one heck of a show. Brantley's at a good point in his life. He's first single, Country Must Be Country Wide, hit #1 on the country charts. And recently he was able to purchase a bit of land.

Zac Brown Band guitarist Coy Bowles has written a children’s book and some of the proceeds are going towards a children charity.  Kid Rock is also feeling charitable in his hometown of Detroit. I can sum up the McDaily news in three words; Shaq, tuba, and mojo.  You know it's a good day when you read stories about Shaq singing on stage with a country artist.
