Westgate Mall Rises Again: Exciting New Store Set to Open, Boosting the Retail Scene
When it comes to shopping, it seems that most consumers are opting to shop online. It seems to be the easier choice to pop open your laptop or phone and purchase your items and have them dropped off at your doorstep. It's convenient.
With more and more people buying online, a lot of the traditional ways to buy products seem to be struggling however, is there a shopping resurgence happening?
For a while more and more stores were exiting the mall scene, however, Westgate Mall is adding more stores. Dillard's recently remodeled the old Sears location and opened a bigger and more glamorous store. Urban Air Adventure opened in the old Bealls location, Kendra Scott Jewelry has moved into the mall within the last few years and now another new store is coming to Westgate Mall.
Pandora Jewelry will now have a storefront in Amarillo, Texas.
Pandora Jewelry was first introduced to Amarillo by Silverland, the commercials ran over and over touting that they were the only place to find Pandora jewelry.
For most, Pandora was a charm bracelet in the form of beautiful bead-type charms that slipped onto the bracelet, but it has many more beautiful jewelry items.
According to papers filed with the licensing department, Pandora will be opening in Westgate Mall.
The store will be located in space 616. It's possible that this space could be something other than Pandora Jewelry, but I don't see the music platform opening a storefront.
The store renovations are set to start in September 2023 and to be completed by the end of December 2023.
We reached out to Pandora for more information but at the time of publishing, we had not heard back from Pandora. We will update the article when we receive a response.
With more new stores moving into the mall, does this means people are ready to shop in stores again? There's just something about seeing the product, holding it in your hand, being able to try it on, and experiencing the fun of shopping.
